If you are a clean energy company or workforce training program and would like to register Equity Eligible Persons, please find the registration link here.

Employers

This page is designed for clean energy companies (such as Approved Vendors and Designees in the Illinois Shines Program or developers of utility-scale wind and solar projects participating in the IPA's competitive procurements) who are looking to recruit and hire Equity Eligible Persons. This is one way that these companies can comply with the Minimum Equity Standard. Through this page, clean energy companies can register to submit job postings and view a list of registered Equity Eligible Persons.

Who Qualifies as an Equity Eligible Person (EEP)?
