Illinois Solar For All MES Data (Coming 2027)

Illinois Solar for All (ILSFA) is a solar incentive program which brings the benefits of solar energy to income-eligible households, nonprofit organizations, and public facilities to help grow the state’s clean energy economy for all.  

The Clean and Reliable Grid Affordability (CRGA) Act, enacted in 2026, expanded the Minimum Equity Standard (MES) to include ILSFA. Beginning in Program Year 2026-2027, participating entities may demonstrate compliance with workforce requirements by meeting the MES. Following the completion of Program Year 2026-2027, data related to workforce demographics, Equity Eligible Person (EEP) participation and MES compliance outcomes will be published here.
