Utility Scale MES Data

This section presents equity data associated with Indexed REC projects developed through the IPA’s competitive procurements, including utility-scale wind, utility-scale solar, and brownfield site photovoltaic projects. 

The Minimum Equity Standard (MES) applies to these projects once construction activities begin. Because utility-scale projects often involve multi-year development timelines, only a limited number of projects are currently reporting on MES compliance data. As additional projects enter construction and begin reporting, this page will provide expanded insight into Equity Eligible Person (EEP) participation, workforce demographics, and MES compliance outcomes over time.
