Consider registering to become a Business or Residential Program Ally for the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program. As a registered Business or Residential Program Ally, you’ll gain access to free technical training, project support, marketing support, and more. In addition, you will be able to offer energy efficiency incentives for your customers.

All members of a project team are welcome, including architects, engineers, general contractors, electrical contractors, mechanical contractors, manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers.

Ameren Illinois Diverse Program Ally Incubator

The Ameren Illinois Diverse Program Ally Incubator supports the business development of minorities, women, veterans, differently abled and LGBTQ+ contractors. The Incubator provides focused professional training as well as customized resources for diverse contractors willing and able to work in the Ameren Illinois service territory to grow their business in the energy efficiency field while becoming eligible to participate as a Program Ally with the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program.

ComEd Energy Efficiency Service Provider (EESP) Incubator Program

The ComEd EESP Incubator Program supports the development of minority, women, and veteran contractors by offering education and training in the ComEd energy efficiency portfolio. The program provides support by assisting cohort members with certification and providing information on how to finance projects and offer support for basic business development. Consider registering for this program to build a successful business in the energy efficiency field and get one-on-one assistance with certification, business growth plans, mentoring and networking opportunities. The EESP Incubator Program helps identify, address, and resolve barriers to building a successful business in the energy efficiency field.

ComEd Residential and Business Energy Efficiency Program

To increase the number of local and diverse-owned suppliers in the energy efficiency arena, ComEd Residential and Business Energy Efficiency Program offers registered contractors’ education and trainings on energy efficiency program offerings. Registered ESSPs receive many benefits, including free ESSP Network membership, network newsletters, project spotlight etc. Consider registering to become a Residential or Business Energy Efficiency Provider. 

ICC Energy Efficiency Installer Certification

The ComEd Energy Efficiency Program is responsible for verifying that an installing contractor is certified by the Illinois Commerce Commission for the installation of applicable measures prior to any incentive or rebate payout.
