Illinois Solar for All
The IPA’s Illinois Solar for All (ILSFA) program is committed to ensuring that small and emerging businesses, particularly those located in income-eligible and environmental justice communities, can participate in the program.
To help meet the needs of small and emerging businesses interested in taking part in ILSFA, the ILSFA Program Administrator (Elevate) has been engaging community organizations and leaders to host a series of webinars and in-person training workshops covering various topics:

Did you know that ILSFA offers support services to help AVs and Designees participate in the program?
In support of AVs and Designees, the ILSFA program provides the following:
- Approved Vendor Office Hours hosted by ILSFA Vendor Managers
- One-on-one support with members of the Approved Vendor Management team and Small and Emerging Business Initiative:
- Program overview and registration
- Guidance on program resources
- Networking and industry support and referrals
- Understanding program requirements
